The product, in the report: Summit hood SEH6624C. 24” wall mounted hood. 600 CFM
This is a kitchen exhaust hood. The unit was installed new 5 years ago. 3 days ago the unit was off and it started to smoke. The unit had an interior light that was flashing and the light burned into a wire which started smoking. We had to turn power off at the breaker to stop the unit from smoking.
