The product, in the report: This sleek Westinghouse Sparta 52 in. Ceiling Fan features a unique 2-blade modern design which is enhanced with a weathered-maple finish for the blades, brushed-nickel accents and an opal glass light (bulb included). This fan is constructed with a silicon steel motor and a triple capacitor for durability and longevity. With a convenient remote control for ease-of-use and 52 in. blades, this fan is a stylish option for most interior rooms up to 20 ft. x 20 ft.

I purchased 4 Westinghouse Sparta 52 in. Brushed Nickel Indoor Ceiling Fans for our new home. After installing 3 we noticed it seemed unusually warm in the room after using the light and started to notice an electronic smell. My husband went to rebalance the fan blades and when he removed the light housing he saw the wires were melting and the positive wire was about to short onto the top housing.
