The product, in the report: SPRAY MIST FAN This one is green with two orange foam blades and a clear green water reservoir. Requires 2 AA batteries.
My wife bought a Play Day Spray Mist Fan at Walmart yesterday. After about 20 minutes the fan overheated and stopped working. Today, I put in new batteries and it didn’t work, so I shut it off. After a few minutes, my wife smelled burning plastic and the fan was hot to the touch. I quickly removed the very hot batteries. When I took the case apart, I noticed that the White wire and Negative battery contact were both partially melted
