Toddler was playing with the fan for his car seat- Panergy Battery Operated Stroller Fan purchased from Target. He was able to pull one of the rounded plastic ends off one of the legs with his teeth. We have two of these fans and he did it with both. These plastic pieces are the perfect size to be a choking hazard. No injuries occurred.
