The product, in the report: One Step Ahead L229 stroller fan
I bought two “One Step Ahead L229 Stroller fans” for my 3 month old daughters stroller. When trying to pick up my daughter, while the fan was on, it caught my hair in a gap on the fan. I quickly turned the fan off, but it tore my hair out.
These fans have a gap in bewtween the base of the fan and the face of the fan. If this can catch my hair it can also catch a childs.
I’ve notified the company and they refunded my money. They stated to me they would look into the situation, however when I called back weeks later they were still “looking into it”
I would hate to see a childs hair get torn out like mine did please do something.
