The product, in the report: Middleton 42-inch ceiling fan

I bought a ceiling fan from Home Depot. Make is Middleton, Model is 121-079. I started assembling the unit according to instructions provided. A part, “Support Bar” screws into the box in the ceiling. After connecting the wires, then you are to screw the fan motor into the support bar. One side of the unit has 2 screws, the other side only one screw. I was completing the assembly by screwing on the five (5) fan blades. Before I finished all the blades, the motor partially fell off the ceiling. I discovered that the screw on the one side of the fan motor to support bar had completely stripped out. There are only 2 or 3 threads inside the support bar, and they are not strong enough to support the weight of the entire unit. I am afraid that someone might assemble the unit and start to use it. With the torque of the rotating fan blades the unit could come out of the ceiling and injure someone. Their engineers should have either used 2 screws or a nut and bolt to properly secure the fan motor to the ceiling.
