Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: Itzy ritzy baby fan. Brown bear

I had bought this fan to go onto their car seats for when its hot since they are rear facing at 2 months old. I was driving when i hear this scream from my 2 month old daughter that sounded like she was pain. I pull over and get out to see blood on her fan and finger. Her finger went into the fan and kept continuously spinning and took off a chunk of her finger. The fan states baby safe fan guard which is not true. I am reporting this because it is meant to be sold to babies and they shouldnt make it where an average size 2 month olds finger can fit. And for a plastic blade it should not do the damage it did to her finger. It should have an automatic stop if it senses something in the blades.
