The product, in the report: Cosmo 30 inch Stainless steel Range hood with curved tempered glass hood.
The curved tempered glass hood on our Cosmo Range Hood, Model COS-668WRCS75, exploded during the night ([REDACTED] A.M.) scattering glass over our kitchen. Neither the range hood nor the electric range beneath the hood were turned on at the time. The stove had last been used at approximately 6:30 P.M. the previous evening. Fortunately no one was in the kitchen at the time the glass hood exploded, so there were no injuries. Product was installed by previous homeowner so purchase information is unknown. Inspection sticker on glass was dated 2022 (photo included)
