  1. First aid

Made Sep 18, 2020, sent to the company Oct 1, 2020, published by CPSC Nov 10, 2020

The product, in the report: Vent hood

Range fan/vent hood with a glass overhang.

We walked into the house after a day trip and the glass had spontaneously exploded. Based on research, probably do to bad adhesive. If this would have happened while we were cooking, it would have caused harm to my wife and I. As it was we both ended up stepping on glass fragments during the cleaning process.

Company has acknowledged they have two similar complaints but will do nothing about the problem, or warn other consumers.
