Purchased a small fan to attach to my workout equipment from Amazon. As soon as I put the battery into the product it started to smoke; I never turned the product on! Had to run outdoors and try to take the back off the product before the fumes cause damage to myself and dogs as well as to stop it from possibly exploding!
