The product, in the report: Trane Closed Water Loop System with Cooling Tower with 56 Heat Pumps.

We have a new HVAC heating system here at Church of St. Luke R.C.

The system is 3 years old this September. we have these water valves leaking into our offices , meeting rooms, and classrooms. We have contacted our HVAC Company who referred it to Trane.\ As of this date, 08/22/2018, I have 56 valves with 19 leaking (at this time)!

The valves are: Siemens 599 series zone valves 1/2 in, 2 way, NPT, CV=2.5 We have not heard anything back from Trane or Siemens Corp.

My concern is that the water leaking can build mold on the carpets, in the flooring/ walls, and ceiling tiles! We are a Community Outreach, Religious School, and Church. We have 23 Outreach Programs, A Food Pantry, Seniors and children here.
