A portable fan heater was purchased from Walmart and delivery to our medical office . The heater was being used to add additional heat to an ultrasound examination room with large windows that causes excessive cold. After the heater was placed on the ground, plugged in and turned on it immediately began to smell and burst into flames within a few seconds.
