The product, in the report: Robeson Heater, Model 2715, beige with brown front. Made in Taiwan.
I plugged in the heater & turned it on to take the chill off of my bedroom, as I usually do when I sit in there on my computer. Within a few minutes I heard a sound, turned, and the heater was on fire with flames coming out of it. I quickly pulled the plug from the outlet. No injuries sustained. Cannot locate contact info for this company after googling the brand name. It is a Robeson electric heater, made in Taiwan, model 2715.
