We purchased x3 units and all 3 have the exact! Same information on the label including serial number!

Purchased a Rellorus oil filled electric heater (from Amazon) and it wont turn off. Unit has been used for a year or so (purchased Oct 2022) and is frequently left unattended to help heat our home. Turned the unit off last night at meal time and discovered the unit still hot 9 hours later. Unplugged the unit and attached a [REDACTED] power meter and it shows it drawing 950 watts while off.
