I tried to report it to the Manufacturer/Distributor: Primary Contact (Geneva Industrial Group): Phone: 1-877-509-8040 but they said they weren’t the ones to report this safety issue to. It’s a space heater I bought not even a year ago at a hardware store in Reform Al. The power switch started not clicking as it does from each option and last night when I was using it indoors and went to shut it off, the internal of the power switch melted right off. There was smoke and everything. I had to pull the cord from the outlet. I didn’t even have the heater turned all the way up. It did have space around it and was kept clean.
