Caller is with City Fire Prevention calling on behalf of consumer who purchased a tower heater on December 14, 2011 then on December 15th plugged it and within five minutes the tower began smoking.
Users unplugged the product, took it back to the place of purchase and returned it for refund.
Caller is reporting to alert public to the dangers of this model of tower heater.
