  1. No one hurt

Made May 17, 2020, sent to the company Jun 2, 2020, published by CPSC Jun 16, 2020

The product, in the report: I used this product in the bedroom

I bought a fan style ceramic heater from H-Mart and after 4 months I found there were lots of cracks and holes on the power line. I think it was a defected product that would possible cause fire. In addition, I do not believe this product is compliant with US CPSC standard and I am concerned other consumers may be using this product in their house. It could lead to a fire or dangerous incident. Please investigate the product if you have a chance.

When I complained this issue to H-Mart and the store staff member told me it is still safe to use. I do not believe his statement. That is the reason I would like to report on this product.
