Left knob controls the heat temperature with white round dots around it,right knob has 2 settings for lowand high heat with I/O indicating where off setting is also right knob says Heat and 1-2 with whit line to high heat all written in white . Has a metal pewter color carry handle 6” below the knobs and a pewter color metal screen. Top has 6 cuts on each side with a indention behind the red power botton to carry unit when hot. That is all that is on the heater that we can see. Thanks Please advise.
Have an electric tower heater purchased from Walmart about a year ago. Yesterday it started smoking and crackling with sparks, Would have caused a fire if we were not there to unplug it . On the heater, the only I.d. numbers are Model DF-1511-AB and Intertek 4003575 and it looks like a circle with ETv inside it and uS below on the outside. Please advise this was very dangerous. Thanks, [REDACTED]
