The product, in the report: Air Heater - Ceramic
Our Honeywell space heater (Kaz Inc. - Model HZ3750BP-TGT 1500watt) was plugged into the wall outlet but not turned on. There was an orange flash with smoke. I determined the the heater cord must have shorted at the entrance point to the heater. There was black residue on the floor and nearby cabinets were blackened.
