The product, in the report: Fire Sense 1500 watt stainless steel hanging halogen electric patio heaTer

I purchased a Fire Sense 1500 watt stainless steel hanging halogen electric patio heater via online from The Home Depot. I received the heater and within 6 minutes my home was on fire. We had a 5 alarm house fire that destroyed my family and both my neighbors homes on each side and killed my dog. I purchased this heater because of the name Fire Sense I thought wow that’s great it’s safe and can sense fire... complete misleading name. The Home Depot was notified right away after the fire and still continues to carry this product! My families suffered severe financial, emotional, and physical hardship due to thus product. I need help, please help me get justice!
