I bought a Cozy Heater for my toddlers small bedroom last year model # PG93914 400W 110 V ,50/60HZ it has been plugged into her wall on the far side of her room with nothing around it. Only turn on at night, I went in today to remove it for the summer and noticed that’s it’s melted and has a brown spot in it where it appears that it tried to catch fire. I have not used it since beginning of April.
