The product, in the report: Heat Wave Infrared Quartz Heater with Flame Effect, Brown WM15009P By ALLEN

This is a Heater , to Heat my Home.. I Purchased it at Walmart. Oct 2016. it is this model Heat Wave Infrared Quartz Heater with Flame Effect, Brown WM15009P.. Made By Allen.. in the US but this Heater is Made in China... I have had it since last Oct 2016 but I only used it for 5 months .. from Oct 2016-Feb 2017. and now when I tried to use it because its cold. It cuts off and give Error Message of E1.. but it never shuts down.. it remains On.. and it will continue until someone notices and Unplugs it.. it will not shut off with the Shut Off Switch.. I have read reviews by others on the Net.. the same thing happens.. I have tried to contact the Manufacturer.. they have no number listed on the Net.. Only Allen Website.. to send a Message.. This is very dangerous.. cause it stops sending heat when the E1 code comes on.. but never shuts off.. If you are sleeping or not paying attention.. it could possible be a hazard to your home.

The product, in the report: Allen fireplace electric heater

I bought the heater 3 months ago from walmart I noticed a few weeks that the cord got hot when on the high setting so I stopped using the high setting on it I had it sitting in the same place since I bought it and when I went to move it to another area and tried to unplug it it was melted and stuck to my wall socket when I did finally get it unplugged the plastic around the prongs was melted and you could see into the plug itself I tried to return it to walmart and they said I wasnt able to do so because I had it for 3 months but the heater was faulty I believe they should have done something about it and show some concern due to the fact it couldnt have been only my heater that did that it could have caused a fire at anytime
