The product, in the report: Home Decorators Collection model SP5787. 1500 W 120V with Intertek #3165189.

I have tried to reach Home Depot, but the voice mail maze was futile. I received an electric fireplace as a gift in January 2019. I loved it and it worked great until end of May. I started to smell something strange and then the room immediately filled with smoke. I unplugged heater. I could see something white on the top of the fireplace where the small bars go across and it had bulged out. It was a Home Decorators Collection model SP5787. 1500 W 120V with Intertek #3165189. I’d like to find out your warranty and what I can do about having it replaced? Thank you for the help.
