The product, in the report: propane fireplace logs with remote

On either 3/24 or 3/25, the fireplace turned on by itself.

The consumer woke up one morning and the fireplace was on. Her husband could smell propane in their home. He opened the windows upstairs in the home to add fresh air.

The consumer said that they had not used the fireplace in a long time.

3/26/2020: The consumer tried to called the firm, but their automated system said that they would not be available until 4/15/2020, at the earliest.

The consumer is concerned that this could present a fire hazard in the home.
