The product, in the report: Flameworks FW2002 propane valve for fireplace Model FW2002

in 2019 a fireplace repair company Wulf Bros advised us to replace valves on six of our propane fireplaces. Over the last two months we have discovered that at least three of the replaced values leak propane. The company refuses to submit a warrantee claim or contact the manufacturer regarding safety problems with this item. I high limit safety wire was not reconnected during installation. during the warrantee period we attempted to obtain service for other needs from Wulf Bros. They did not provide an explanation for the disconnected high limit wire and refused our request for service on one of the fireplace flues.
