Model Number: CY125ATV-1 Model Year: 2021 (Indicated by the “M” in the 10th position of the VIN and the 11/2020 manufacture date). [REDACTED] Engine Size: 125cc (Youth Model). “The vehicle is a youth-sized, four-wheeled All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) with a horizontal-style engine. Based on the manufacturer and model number (CY125ATV-1), this unit shares the identical design flaws identified in CPSC Recall [REDACTED], including: Lack of Handlebar Padding: Posing a severe laceration and head injury hazard during a crash. Mechanical Braking Failure: The parking brake fails to hold the vehicle stationary, posing a collision risk. Mandatory Safety Standards Violation: The vehicle does not meet federal youth ATV safety regulations regarding speed categories and mechanical durability.”

I have a Zhejiang Changying CY125ATV-1 that matches the hazards of [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] says the unit belongs to Vitacci, but Vitacci is refusing to honor the recall. I have a partial [REDACTED] and an identification plate showing the 11/2020 manufacture date.
