Made Jun 24, 2024, sent to the company Aug 1, 2024, published by CPSC Aug 15, 2024

The product, in the report: Side-By-Side, 4-Wheel electric vehicle, with 2 separate motors

If you run into a bind where either of the front wheels lose traction, the vehicle shuts off. This could also lead to a vehicle roll-over incident.

The consumer took the vehicle back to the dealer and they worked on the controller and other areas of the vehicle’s electronics. The dealer serviced it multiple times for this problem and performed the recommended repairs, according the manufacturer’s instructions. However, the problem was never solved. The consumer said, in his opinion, the dealer did everything that they could.

The consumer has spoken with the manufacturer directly about this issue.

Also, the consumer said one would not know about the problem exist, until the vehicle’s front wheels were stuck in a bind.

The problem has been on-going since he owned it.
