The product, in the report: Tao Tao 110cc Kids ATV
We bought a 110cc Tao Tao Atv on Dec.31, 2011. My 5 year old son is the only person that has rode it. Last week the chain came off and mu husband fixed it. Then a few days later my son said his foot brake felt weird, like loose. So I looked from ground level under the machine as he pressed the brake and I saw the frame is broken in 2 places. Had he continued riding he could have seriously been hurt. I called the place we bought it Behind Bars motorsports in Knox Indiana and they told me that Tao Tao would not do anything about it. They said if I brought it in they could maybe weld it back together for me. The item is less than 4 months old and always kept in a heated garage....the frame should not be broken!!!!
