The product, in the report: ATA-110 Monster ATV

My husband and I bought our children a 4 wheeler from Budget ATVs in 2010. We ordered the ATA-110 Monster. About six months after we bought the 4 wheeler our son was riding it and the front left tire fell off. The whole inner part of the rim had broke. So we replaced it with a new one. Then about 3 months after that the something happened only to the right side, so once again we replaced that tire and rim. Then about 3 months after the second tire and rim had broke the left side once again broke. By this time I decided to e-mail the company that we ordered the 4 wheeler from and explained to them what was happening and sent pictures along with it to give them a better understanding of what was going on. I stated that they need to recall these 4 wheelers before a child get really hurt. Luckly our children did not get hurt when the rims broke. I received an e-mail back from the company stating that this has happened to a handful of these 4 wheelers and they do not feel that they should be recalled. However, they did tell me that they would replace the tire and rim that had fallen off. When I said I would take the replacement tire and rim I was told I would need to pay for the shipping of them. I was also told that the reason the rims were braking is because of extreme riding. Well we live in Montana and the 4 wheeler is only rode maybe 5 months out of the year, and it is rode in our back yard and in a filed by our house. So therefore extreme riding is not what my children are doing on this 4 wheeler.
