UPDATE: My first encounter with the ATV store was opening day, on a Saturday, May 19th. I looked around, talked to a guy by the name [REDACTED], who gave me a card with the name of [REDACTED]. May 21st [REDACTED] purchased a go cart for my granddaughter [REDACTED], brought it to my house where she continues to ride it. It is stored on my property. 1 or 2 weeks later my neighbor brought another one. Purchase price $2000 and $2300 extras on his. I have watched bolts fall out, parts fall apart, chains break, wheels and steering wheels fall off. They have been taken back many times. They claim to fix them under a six month warranty. They continue to fall apart. Retailer claims the two go carts were the first two vehicles to be put together and mechanic has been let go. Unknown date. I took in an older model [REDACTED] go cart for them to service and sell, I paid $95 for service. It is at retailer today, as of 9/1/12. My 125 dirt bike was gone. I purchased a 4-wheeler on 8/25/12, trading the dirt bike in on it. Mechanic put gas in 4 wheeler, finally got it started after 25-30 mins. Loaded it on truck. He told me that it should be ok. did not service this 4 wheeler at all prior to purchase. Came to my sons house with it, unloaded, then we we went over it checking bolts, etc. Missing bolts, loose bolts, wiring devices hanging, wiring coming apart. Tried to ride, it finally died. After several attempts to start and ride, we loaded it. It stayed on my truck until 28th. I returned it to retailer. [REDACTED}, the mechanic was only one there, not owner. I told [REDACTED] I wanted my bike and go cart back. They could keep the 4 wheeler. I also told him to have the owner [REDACTED], whom I have met once but never had any dealings with, to call me. No one called me, so I returned to the retail store on Sept 1st to talk with owner. Spoke with [REDACTED], he said my bike was sold, he said I had to pay $50 because I had a contract. I paid the $50. I told him again, have owner call me, that I want my bike and go cart. [REDACTED] calls me on the 2nd saying my 4 wheeler was ready for pick up. To this day they have my bike and helmet, go cart and 4 wheeler, I’m out $145.
On 7/15 went to Wild Cat sports to talk to owner, because as of this date he has never returned my calls. [REDACTED] has not been available for me to speak with. Mechanic, [REDACTED], made me take the 4 wheeler. He said they owe me nothing. Nothing can be done about them falling apart. As I was getting up to my truck, I saw another 4 wheeler like mine in the back of a truck. I asked if it was purchased there at WildCat. He stated yes, comments it has broken down, bolts falling out, electrical problems, etc. [REDACTED]. This the 4th ATV sold. They are all unsafe.
I contacted [REDACTED] they said that wild cat power sports was not one of their retailers.
