The product, in the report: Banzai Battle Blast Sting Ray; it is a pool floating toy with a squirt gun attachment. There is a small tube that passes through an opening in the toy to draw water for the squirt gun

The product is: Banzai Battle Blast Sting Ray. It is a pool play toy. Manufacturer is Toyquest Product number seems to be 01452. Los Angeles Ca 90064. Their website is www.toyquest.com.

It is a floating toy upon which the child can sit. It has a central hole through which you pass a water tube to drawn water into a water pistol. My 8 year old put his arm through the hole and could not remove it. I had to help him extract his arm. I can easily foresee that the float would flip over and the child would be stuck underneath unable to remove his arm and would drown.

I believe that the toy WILL result in drowning of some children. I urge to to act before such an incident occurs and recall the toy.
