While I latching the swim vest oh the kids stuff swim kid learning set my daughters thumb was sucked into the latch and nearly lost the tip of her finger. We had to go to fire and rescue for removal of latch from her hand. The firemans hand was sucked into the other latch while trying to figure out how it worked. Very dangerous situation with injury to her thumb.
