My 3 year old son was swimming with Swim Float Kids Back Belt: Pool Bubble Water Device Trainer sold by ToySharing on Amazon when it self unbuckled leaving him drowning in the pool. Luckily my husband doesnt take his eye off of him and he jumped in to save him. If parents are not vigilant of this, a child may drown. There are numerous 1 star reviews of the same thing happening to others.
