The product, in the report: Mr. Pen- Inflatable Baby Swim Float, for Ages 6-30 Months, Blue, Waist Ring Inflatable Baby Pool Float, Infant Swim Float, Baby Pool Toys, Infant Floats for Pool, Baby Swimming Float Sold by: Mr.Penn The picture on photo looked just like it but, not the exact link of my purchase as that page is no longer available.

My son who was 2 at the time was using the Mr. penn baby float from Amazon, and he flipped over in the apartment pool and was submerged under water. I was nearby thankfully and was able to grab him and pull Him to safety without any water inhalation which was surprisingly. he was 30 months, and small for his age so assume he was under the weight limit. I heard of a similar floaty in a different brand had a recall and made me realize I should report this incident. At the time I just thought of it as a freak accident since he was kind of bouncing up and down with it. I should have reported sooner , but now is better than never.
