The product, in the report: Red Mickey Mouse childrens float
While my 1 year old child was using a Mickey Mouse childrens swim life jacket at home, he fell forward into the water and became unable to lift or turn his head out of the water due to the positioning and design of the product. I observed him actively struggling underwater, moving his hands and feet in an attempt to recover, but he was physically unable to raise his head or reposition himself. I had to immediately pull him out of the water to prevent a potential drowning. Had I not been present and intervened immediately, this incident could have resulted in serious injury or death.
