The product, in the report: Dinosaur Fight Inflatable Pool Float Game Set with 2 Giant Battle Ride on Dino Duel Pool Game for Boys Girls Adults Note: we discarded the packaging, but the product is still for sale on Amazon.

Floating pool toy is extremely unstable for forward or backward rolls. As the child tries to mount the float from the rear of the float from the side of the pool, the float rolls backwards, bashing the childs head on the side of the pool. This happened today to one of our neighbors children on floats we brought to the pool. Thankfully, he was not seriously injured.

Additionally, the childs foot can be caught between the body of the toy and the stabilizer when they tip over, preventing them from rising to the surface. https://a.co/d/0b1ZtQL5
