The product, in the report: True Fitness Stryker Slat treadmill
My mom fell off a True treadmill and broke both shoulders, a facial bone, complete lower lip laceration, and had a brain bleed. She was trying to stop the machine and was pushing the large red button, which she thought meant stop, but it was actually a safety key that only works when connected to a clip. The actual stop button was tiny compared to the large red safety key.
