The product, in the report: treadmill

My two boys went to our neighbors house and the young neighbor asked them if they wanted to see his parents new treadmill. The little boy started the treadmill at walking speed to show the other two. My six year old was interested and put his foot on it. He immediately lost his balance, fell and was pulled fully under the machine. My older son tried to pull him out but was not able to. In the process he got road rash all over her arms and legs. My son who was pulled under the Peloton Treadmill and had a laceration to his ear, bruises and abrasions all over his body. I contacted Peloton to let them know what happened and to say that it was a miracle my son was still alive. After my initial conversation with the customer service rep, they never called me back.
