The product, in the report: It is a stair step riser. It is meant for exercise. Its called The Step and has multiple levels for the person to step up on. Sometimes it is not sturdy and moves when the person is already tired and exercising which is very unsafe.
The equipment slid out from underneath me twice. Once injuring and breaking four bones as well as causing me a life threatening DVT. The second time injuring my back so badly I had to quit working, am hospitalized, in 24/7 acute pain with no improvement and have to have 24/7 care since I cannot cook or even bathe myself. It ruined my life.
