The product, in the report: Teeter Hang Ups EP-950 Inversion Table With Healthy Back DVD http://www.amazon.com/Teeter-Hang-Ups-EP-950-Inversion/dp/B004D0TMV6/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1385951697&sr=8-1&keywords=teeter+hang+ups+950
I was using the Teeter Hang Ups EP-950 Inversion Table for back pain relief. The table was purchased in May of 2013. It was used regularly for 15 minute intervals as needed for back pain relief. On November 1 of 2013 while inverting at 180-degrees the table’s ratchet ankle lock system that holds your ankles broke. This caused me to fall directly on top of my head with all of my weight. I immediately sought medical attention and was diagnosed with a concussion. Four weeks later I still have severe pain in my upper back/lower neck area. I was using the inversion table exactly as the instructions dictate and as I had on numerous other occasions. I weigh far less than the weight limit. I believe the design of the ratchet ankle lock system design is flawed or that the ratchet ankle lock system on my table was improperly made by the manufacturer.
