  1. No one hurt

Made Sep 8, 2026, sent to the company Sep 14, 2026, published by CPSC Sep 28, 2026

The product, in the report: It is a SuperRun 6% 3 in 1 under the desk treadmills. It says on the site that its gold but technically its rose gold towards the motor and the rest is black. It has an approximate length of 42 inches and a width of 20 inches with a height of 4 inches.

I bought a SuperRun treadmill from Best Buy after my last one shown up on a recall list. I bought it on June 18th, 2026 and have 61 hours of use in 37 days from the time I bought it to the present. Max speed it can go is 3.8 mph and I have an average speed of 2.475 mph and have never took it above 3.5 mph for an extended duration of time. Today, my smoke alarm goes off while I was currently using it so I quickly flipped it on the side away from the motor and i can see smoke rising from the bottom vents and clear distortion in the plastic from the heat. I’ve contacted the sellers and are awaiting a response
