No incident, no one hurt Made Jul 2, 2026, sent to the company Jul 8, 2026, published by CPSC Jul 22, 2026
The product, in the report: Walking Pad Treadmill with APP, 3 in 1 Under Desk Treadmills, 2.5HP Low Noise Walking Vibration Pad with Remote Control, Portable Treadmill for Home Office, Red
I had ordered the walking pad from Amazon in October of 2025. I didnt take it out of the box immediately to start using it but upon the first time, I immediately noticed that the machine would skip and it would cause me to misstep and have to catch myself. I thought it was just the belt and tried to adjust it. This did not fix the issue at all. I made my husband try as well to ensure it was not just me and he experienced the same thing. The belt would pause momentarily, speed up and slow down. I contacted Amazon to report the problem and let them know that the product was defective. They argued with me about refunding and returning the product. They advised me to return it to them without the box at a local [REDACTED] but unfortunately [REDACTED] would not take it without the box. I ended up throwing out the product because of the safety concern without receiving any refund from Amazon.

First aid Made Jun 30, 2026, sent to the company Jul 6, 2026, published by CPSC Jul 20, 2026
The product, in the report: walking pad from Amazon, black with a red trim, no handle just a walking pad with a remote.
The walking pad randomly changes speeds making me lose balance constantly and I have almost fallen multiple times. It happens at least once per minute. The belt also gets really hot and was so hot when using it with no shoes that it was burning my feet and I had to only use it with shoes. I originally stopped wearing shoes because of the constant speed changes making me lose balance. I felt more unsafe with shoes on. This led to me being unable to use it.
