Using a new exercise product called the OYO Nova. While doing a chest extension, the product broke causing it to swing wildly and ejected the tension units. I have contacted the company, but they have decided to ban me from the social media (where I reported the issue initially) and are not responding to complaints. They have disabled ALL comments on their website, [REDACTED] and other platforms. The produced design differs dramatically from what was proposed.
