The product, in the report: This is the Nautilus Vibratone, it is a vibration exercise plate
I purchased the Nautalus Vibratone. When it arrived I followed directions, plugged it in and attempted to use it. Nothing Happened, All of the sudden the unit began emitting an acrid smoke. I unplugged it and moved it to the outside area, The unit continued to smoke and was hot to the touch. Ilet it sit outside overnight and notified the company, In two days they contacted me and said that they are sending a replacement unit and a label to send the defective one back. That is where we stand now.

The product, in the report: Nautilus Treadmill Strike zone impact absorption system
The treadmill was used for 20 minutes in manual mode at a speed of 3.0. Suddenly a beeping noise occurred while my hands were on the rail checking my heart rate. Since my hands were on the railings when my legs were flung from the treadmill suddenly changing to max speed. My knees were being dragged for a bit until I let go and it flung me off, but afterwards, the outer skin of my knees was completely scraped off. In addition, my back was bent unnaturally backwards while being dragged. The treadmill was bought at Best Buy and they were aware that these treadmills should not be sold and yet one was given to us. A day later after the incident,27/9/22, I went to best buy and the person who attended me informed me it shouldn’t have been sold.

The product, in the report: Nautilus T618 Treadmill
Our brand new Nautilus Treadmill spontaneously started on its own and was running at top speeds with a dark display. On the night of July 16th, at approximately 8:30 pm, roughly 4 hours after assembling the treadmill and plugging it in, the treadmill started on its own while my husband, myself and my two young kids were in another room watching a movie. We heard an extremely loud noise coming from the opposite end of the house and when I went to investigate, I found the treadmill running on its own. The display was completely dark and the belt was running very fast. I called the company to report the issue and after some time, they requested a video in order to help us. I am not sure how this company expects me to get a video of a spontaneous event, and I am even more troubled that they might expect me to allow this treadmill to be plugged in and unattended to see if the problem happens again. I have very young children and I am absolutely NOT okay with putting my children in danger AGAIN to try and get a video of the treadmill running on its own with it being on or being turned on. It is completely negligent and I am not even sure how a video of the event would help them troubleshoot. It seems more like they don’t believe me that it happened. Therefore, I would like this to serve of public record that this treadmill is unsafe as it spontaneously turns on by itself and could severely injure or kill someone. I take safety seriously and I expect the Bowflex family of companies to do the same.

The product, in the report: Nautilus - Bowflex TreadClimber Exercise (Machine too heave for me to lift to find Model # and Serial #)
I have a first generation Blowflex by Nautilus. During my work out it shut down without warning which caused me to fall and injure myself. I contacted Nautilus, they sent new parts and this family to repair the TreadClimber. Each time they would tell me it was fixed and I should not have any more problems, the TreadClimber would shut down again, this happen several times I tore my meniscus was the last time I used the machine. I still have the machine and the extra new parts they sent for the repair. I have found several complaints about the TreadClimber shut down during operation that Bowflex knew about before they replaced my Mobia with the TreadClimber
