The product, in the report: Mon Chateau Comfort Gel Mat 20x42 Costco Item #1645810* Anti-fatigue comfort gel mat with faux leather surface or Anti-fatigue basketweave gel mat
I purchased Item #1645810* from Costco, an Anti-fatigue comfort gel mat with faux leather surface or Mon Chateau Comfort Gel Mat 20x42. the corners of my mat curl up, causing the mat to not lay flat on the floor.
I was injured on this product as a result of the defect that the manufacturer recognizes. On March 15th 2023 the edge of the mat went between my right big toe and the nail ripping the nail back. The nail needed medical attention and was removed.
