The product, in the report: Portable Pilates Board 2.0 - color pink - Unfolded 41.7 in x 16 in x 1.8 in - approximately 9.4lbs.
I was testing out my new reformer board. The only instructions that came with this board was a few so called training exercises. I was in the process of testing out the hip training segment which requires a downward facing dog pose with your hands placed on a part that lets you glide. Resistance bands are attached to provide well the resistance. As I was using my core and hips to bring myself back up - so gliding back - I all of a sudden had face planted due to the resistance bands snapping me back. I landed face down on the bottom part of my face. I had a gash on the inside of my upper lip as well as some wounds to the bottom inside of my lip. Additionally when I turned over to sit up, I saw my right knee had what ended up being a laceration that required 4 stitches.
