The product, in the report: Letsfit JSD04 resistance bands Model JSD04
I was exercising with Letsfit JSD04 resistance bands. The bands were mounted in between a door and the door frame, above the top hinge, using the door anchor provided with the product. With the bands under tension, the door anchor came through the gap between the door and frame and hit me in the head. This caused a head laceration which required four staples in my head.
