The product, in the report: The product is a fluid resistance based indoor bicycle trainer. The product consists of a support frame and a resistance unit. A bike mounts to the support frame via an over-center style clamp that supports the bike by the rear wheel axel. I purchased the unit new in April of 2010 (internet based purchase). Note the website listed below will not show information on this discontinued model.
Multiple cracks in the frame of indoor bike trainer “Kinetic by Kurt Rock and Roll Indoor Bicycle Trainer”. Cracks can lead to uncontrolled separation of the bike from the support base.
