The product, in the report: It is a Johnson Health Horizon T101 treadmill.
I started my fairly new Johnson Health Horizon T101 treadmill set incline to 5 and adjusted the speed to 2.7 mph I was walking at a steady pace and within 2 minutes it unexpectedly without human action accelerated to a speed of 4 mph knocked me down. Thought something was weird checked the power the belt etc. got back on this time it accelerated from 2.7 to 5. 7 mph messed up my knee and shin pretty badly.
