I was injured while working-out with the Ironman weights (adjustable dumbbells) . One of the dumbbells plates suddenly got released and hit me right in my face.

Injuring my right eye & my nose. I when to the ER from the bleeding and got 5 stitches on my nose from the gash that this plate did to my nose.

I am currently unable to open my right eye due to the excessive swelling from this injury ... plus, I not going to work until I recover.

After exploring the internet, I have noticed that other consumers had similar incidents were the weights plate get released suddenly even if it’s tightened up.
